TO RECEIVE THE FULL VALUE OF YOUR QUOTE YOUR MOBILE DEVICE MUST MEET ALL OF THE BELOW CONDITIONS
Working Condition Devices
Prices quoted for "WORKING" Condition are given based on the device being in excellent cosmetic condition and fully functional.
Device should operate as though it was new out of the box.
Excellent cosmetic condition (FC/CE Marks fully visible)
Battery level above 85%
All functions on the device will be working and are at peak performance levels.
Must not have any components missing.
*Your cell phone will be considered “BROKEN†if it contains non original parts or warning messages.

Bent or crushed
Blacklisted (reported lost/stolen)
Financed devices
Excellent
No more than 1-2 very light scratches or marks on the back or frame that are not visible at arm’s lengh and that cannot be felt with finger nail. No scratches on the front/display.
Very Good
No more than a 2-3 very light scratches or marks/dots on the front-not on the visible display area (corners are ok) and back that are slightly visible at arm’s length.
Good
Can have no more than 4-5 light scratches or 1-2 small marks on the front that cannot be felt with finger nail or seen when the device is on and slightly heavier scratches on the frame or back that can be felt slightly with finger nail
Poor
Can have 5-10 light scratches on the front that cannot be felt with finger nail. Can have heavier scratches on frame and back. Will have signs of use. 1-3 scratches that can be felt with finger nail.
Very Poor
Can have many light scratches on the front/ up to 3 deep scratches felt with a finger nail. Will have heavy scratches and marks on the frame and back that can be felt with finger nail. Can have discolouration and stiff buttons but they must be fully functional. Visible signs of prolonged use. 1-2 small dents on the frame.
Minor Damage Condition Devices
Your cell phone will be considered “MINOR DAMAGE†if ONE of the following faults is present.
Cracked display
Damaged housing
Display faults (screen burn, screen bleed, dead pixels, white spots)
Vibration motor
Headphone jack
Charging
Battery
Microphone/speaker
Buttons
Any other functional faults for example: Face ID, sensors, USB… etc.

Broken Condition Devices
Your cell phone will be considered “BROKEN†if TWO OR MORE of the following faults are present.
Cracked display
Damaged housing
Display faults (screen burn, screen bleed, dead pixels, white spots)
Vibration motor
Headphone jack
Charging
Battery
Microphone/speaker
Buttons
Any other functional faults for example: Face ID, sensors, USB… etc.
Exclusions

Liquid damage
Bent or crushed
Blacklisted (reported lost/stolen)
Financed devices
Gr8 Mobile will always try and offer you the best price should your device not meet the above criteria. If the customer is not satisfied with any of the revised prices that are offered the customer must be aware that a $10.00 admin fee will be applied to return the device to the customer.
Gr8 Mobile has the right to withdraw any offer after the original quote should it be later found that after the device has been put through our 56-point test it is not a true reflection of what the customer stated originally. If this happens Gr8 Mobile will get in contact with the customer to firstly explain what discrepancies were found and offer a fair revised price.
If the customer requests the device to be returned to them and the device has not met the above criteria (for example original quote was based on Working Condition but has a cracked screen) then a $10.00 admin fee will be charged to the customer to get the device returned to them.
